Official Hotel
The Award Winning Doubletree Hotel Madison is conveniently located 6 blocks from the start/finish line of the race. A special breakfast buffet will be served on the morning of the race. Late check-outs on Saturday at 12 noon. The hotel features an indoor pool/whirlpool, business center, on-site restaurant/lounge (Badgerland Bar & Grille), complimentary high-speed wireless Internet, on-site parking, shuttle service to/from the airport and surrounding area, same-day dry cleaning and laundry service.
To receive special Madison Mini-Marathon rates, you must book through the Madison Mini-Marathon online housing system, Meeting Max. Reservations WILL NOT be accepted directly through the hotels.

Step 1: Make your reservation online by clicking on the following link:
Step 2: Obtain Meeting Max confirmation. Once you have made your reservation it is a confirmed reservation. However, it may take several days for the hotel to process your reservation. Once that occurs, you will receive an e-mail confirmation via Meeting Max.
Step 3: If you need to cancel or make a change to your reservation, please do not contact the hotel directly. For changes and cancellations on an existing reservation, please refer to the link provided at the bottom of your Meeting Max confirmation e-mail.

Step 1: Mail or fax your request to the Madison Mini-Marathon Housing Bureau by Friday, July 23, 2010 .*
