*There is no race morning registration or packet pickup. Race packets must be picked up on Thursday or Friday before the race. There is an add-on option to pick up on the day of for a fee of $30. Please sign up for this during the registration process.

VIP Race Experience

Before your feet hit the pavement relax as you take part in the VIP Race Experience. You will be taken care of before and after the race as it is open from 5:30 am - 11:30 am. Enjoy coffee, fruit and carbohydrates galore pre-race. After crossing the finish line head back for craft beer from Potosi Brewing Company and your choice of brats (veggie or regular) and chicken. Also included in your experience are gear check and private restrooms. As you bask in your accomplishment, relax on the deck as you overlook Lake Mendota and The 14th Mile. *Each ticket purchased allows 1 person access to the VIP amenities. Runner Tracking

The EventApp will be updated approximately 1 week prior to Race Day. Let your friends and family know where you are! Download the Race Day Events App for real-time tracking and results on an interactive map! You’ll also find event information, event photo frames to share and more! To Track A Participant:

• Select “Madison Mini Marathon” and press the “Live Tracking” icon to add your favorite participants.
• You’ll need to log-in with Facebook or create an account.
• Participants must be added by name as bibs are not assigned until packet pick-up.
• Choose “Notify Me” to receive push notifications for that participant.
• Be sure to allow the app to provide you with notifications.

Awards

• Overall: Awards will be given for top 3 overall male and female.
• Age Group: Awards will be given to the top three finishers (male and female) in each age division for both the 5K and the Half Marathon.

• 5K Run/Walk: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19,  20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
• Half Marathon: 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+

Weather / Refund Policy

This race does not offer refunds or deferrals. If you are registered for the event, you agreed to the no refund and no deferral policy prior to submitting your online registration. This includes those who experience illness, injury or any other condition that may prevent them from participating in the event.
